Spring Challenge begins Monday!

Our Spring "Biggest Loser" challenge starts Monday and we have almost 60 participants! Way to go folks!
Make sure you stop and see A or KL for your first set of measurements...remember, these are much more telling than your weight. It's how your clothes fit that matters and your weight will take care of itself-we promise!
Starting Monday, you'll mark each time you attend class (up to 50x during the 12 weeks) and we'll measure you at the beginning, week 6 and week 12. Make sure you pick up your food journal and journal *every* morsel starting Monday...this keeps you honest for YOU! You don't have to review your food journal with us, but be honest with yourself every day and look at it each week. You will see the 'holes' in your nutrition and be able to make better choices! And, always build a 'cheat day' in each week-this keeps your metabolism running and keeps you from getting 'bored' with eating healthfully.
