J-rated "EB" for every body!

Good morning ladies! (and any gents out there too)
Video games have ratings, movies have ratings, restaurants, hotels...many things are rated so we know what we are getting (hopefully) when we play the game, see the movie or whatever!
"J" has a rating too-it's for every body!
That was a tag line for us years ago and while it might be too outdated for a tee shirt now, it's still true and important!
Our youngest regular client is 13. She comes with her Mom and sister and has fun and is getting more fit every day. (Not that she isn't fit already...) They are a great family and are an inspiration to many in the room. In fact, we have so many 'mother/daughter' teams in class, I couldn't possibly name them all!
Our oldest regular client is 70. What can I say about "JB"? She is amazing. She not only inspires us (and all our staff) but she inspires clients of *all* ages who walk through our doors. You might think younger folks think "Oh, well, if SHE's doing it, it can't be that hard" but they do not think this. In fact, one of our younger girls (aged 19) stands right behind her and always has and seeing them dancing together is so much fun! And, besides, "JB" is just about the most full of life person in the entire room. She comes to about 5-6 classes a week and is the light in the room every single time! What a joy!
We also have a client who does triathlons, many who do road races, pregnant moms, doctors, nurses...and folks who have never worked out in their lives. And, they all participate together-pushing themselves to whatever limit they can safely-I mean, we show all the options so some use impact, some don't, some use weights and some don't. We are well trained to show it all so it's effective and safe for just about every body! (haha)
And you know what? Every is having a blast, laughing, dancing, working up a good sweat, getting a great workout and learning that, at heart, we're all the same. No matter our age we all want to feel better, look better and live a happy, active life.
So here's to the first Monday of March-with Spring in our grasp we can all feel like 'Spring chickens' no matter our age!
See you in class!
