For those who were there...here it is. For those who were not WRITE THIS DOWN! *Caution: it's not lowfat but it IS damn good!* (Thanks Abbey)
Buffalo Chicken Dip
2 8oz packs of cream cheese
2 cups cooked chicken (cubed)
12oz. shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
1 cup ranch dressing
Hot sauce
2 tbs. milk
Microwave the cream cheese and add milk, mix. Coat this bottom of a 13x9 pan with the cream cheese/milk mixture. Add chicken. Pour ranch dressing over chicken. Sprinkle with hot sauce. Cover with cheese. Bake in 350 oven for 30 minutes uncovered.
Enjoy with ANY kind of cracker, hearty chip or even bread!

aimeesadventures.com has a similar version that's more WW friendly. It's not as delicious, but it's decent.
